David Glanzrock

David Glanzrock is Vice President of Sales at WFG National Title in Orange County, California — one of only six truly national title underwriters and the largest privately owned title insurance company in the United States.

With over 25 years in real estate and 14 years in title insurance, David is consistently ranked among the top producers in the industry. Recognized as a Top Producer, Industry Leader, and Top 10% of Title Revenue Producer, David has built a reputation as one of the most influential and forward-thinking executives in the Southern California title industry.

David is the creator of "Title is Boring" — a content brand built on a simple idea: the industry is dry, but the people in it don't have to be. Through The Title Minute, his YouTube channel, Title and Tacos, and his monthly class Appy Hour, David has made it his mission to make title insurance accessible, entertaining, and actually useful for the real estate professionals he serves.

He began his real estate career in 2001 at Arizona State University, where he double majored in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. After relocating to Southern California in 2012, he built a reputation as one of the most trusted and recognizable names in title insurance across Orange County.

David holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and is the founder of The Nancie Glanzrock Foundation.

When he's not talking title, David is spending time with his wife Courtney and their two rescue dogs Murphy and Rebel, watching college football, playing ice hockey, hiking, or planning the next adventure.

WFG National Title

WFG National Title is one of only six truly national title insurance underwriters in the United States — and the largest privately owned title company in the country. With zero institutional debt, an A' (A Prime) Financial Stability Rating from Demotech, and a Net Promoter Score of 86, WFG is built for speed, flexibility, and the kind of customer service that actually answers the phone.

But what sets WFG apart isn't just the numbers. It's the reason they exist.

WFG was founded in 2010 by Patrick Stone — a former head of multiple title companies who got tired of watching the industry stay inwardly focused with no real incentive to serve clients better. So he built something different. A company whose guiding principle is simple: everything we do is because of you.

That means taking time and cost out of real estate transactions. It means obsessing about service. It means choosing to communicate, collaborate, and co-exist with every buyer, seller, agent, lender, and escrow officer we work with. And it means reimagining what the closing experience can actually look like when a title company puts your best interest first.

That's why I'm here.
