David Glanzrock

David Glanzrock is one of the most influential Title Insurance Executives in Southern California. He was awarded the Number 1 Sales Executive in Orange County, Top Producer and Industry Leader, and Top 10% of Title Revenue Producer accolades from the top Title Insurance companies in Orange County. David is also the founder of The Nancie Glanzrock Foundation, a nonprofit foundation organized to connect cancer patients and their caregivers with local support resources.

David began his Real Estate Career in 2001 while double majoring in Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University. Originally hired as a Broker’s Assistant, his intelligence and enthusiasm quickly garnered the respect of both his peers and the greater clientele. David swiftly rose to Assistant Office Manager, and finally obtained his Arizona Real Estate License where he managed and marketed properties, served as a point of contact in tenant issues, developed marketing for new listings, implemented out-of-state owner marketing campaigns, and established on-boarding procedures for new REO Inventory.

In 2012, David relocated to California and has since transferred his proven skill set to impact the Southern California Real Estate Industry, In addition to earning his Master’s in Educational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University, David has built his own team of Title Insurance Representatives and has been involved in the hiring and training of numerous Title Executives. Using his rich background, David has been able to approach the Title Insurance Industry analytically, by measuring tried and true methods of lead generation with a fresh approach.

In addition to his real estate investment experience, David has also been involved in numerous entrepreneurial ventures including owning, operating, and selling several franchises, starting a vending company to benefit charity in Arizona, and investing in multiple businesses.

In his spare time, David enjoys playing with his two rescue dogs, Murphy and Rebel, watching college football, playing ice hockey, golfing, hiking, traveling, and snowboarding.
